Simply follow the on-screen instructions and then click Next Step to proceed. After
a number of steps you will arrive at a customised technical specification which you
can either print out or cut and paste into a word processor for further editing. Pictures need to be copied separately into the word processor. To aid in the adjudication process, it is useful to cut and paste the questions into a spreadsheet.
If you change your mind or make a mistake, you can go back and make changes,
moving through the program using the Previous Step and Next Step links or by clicking
the other blue text at the top of each page.
Now click Next Step (at either the top or the bottom of the page) to get started.
